RPA Staff

RPA's Medical Dosimetrists are certified by the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board. Their expertise includes:

• Transperineal Ultrasound Guided Implantation Techniques and Dosimetry

The Staff includes several registered Radiation Therapy Technologists with combined experience with:

• All models of Varian, Philips, and Siemens Linear Accelerators and Simulators
• HDR Brachytherapy Units
• Sterotactic Radiosurgery Treatments
• Record and Verify Systems (Philips and Varian)
• Brachytherapy Sources for Interstitial and Intracavitary Treatments
• Orthovoltage Units

RPA's Medical Clerk greets the patients coming in to radiation oncology, she manages the clinic schedule and facilitates the transition from patient consultation to treatment and follow-up appointments.

Nora J. Mireles

Ms. Mireles is the administrative manager at RPA. She attended College in Illinois and continued in San Antonio where she earned her associates degree in 1985. Her responsibilities include payroll, bookkeeping, employee benefits, billing, general office administration, notorial services and maintaining the company website. In addition, she drafts proposals and contracts for all RPA work. She brings to the firm organization, leadership and communication skills developed over a diverse educational and professional career.

Professional memberships include: the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE), the Professional Women's Alliance of San Antonio (PWA), American Society of Notaries (ASN), National Notary Association (NNA) and San Antonio Women In Technology (SA WIT).
